About Jenn Garman - Artist

jenn_garman_artist_bio

Hi! It’s nice to meet you.

I am an emerging artist, offering both pre-made paintings and custom artwork for home decor and show home design.

I’ve been painting and creating since I was a young child, dabbling in everything from sketching and cartooning to sculpture and painting. At the age of 10 I had a piece featured in Saskatoon’s now-retired Mendel Art Gallery, a profound moment in my childhood that led me to where I am today.

I create many kinds of art today, including acrylic and oil paintings, mixed media works, and most recently alcohol ink canvases and clayboards. I am mostly an abstract artist, but I also create fan art as a passion project, including works inspired by Harry Potter and Tim Burton.

You can find me at various handmade showcases such as Make It! Handmade Revolution and the Strathearn Art Walk, and my art is available on my online shop found here. I often offer workshops for various types of projects in an open, non-judgmental environment; visit my workshops page to see what’s coming up.

My art is intended to be fun, whimsical, emotional, and to pique the imagination of those who own it.

Please get in touch via my contact form, or connect with me via social media. I’d love to chat!
